What our published policies cover
Protective packaging
Every order ships in a double-walled box with corner guards and protective wrap, so carded blisters and acrylic dioramas arrive without creases or cracks.
True 1/64 scale dioramas
Our garage, parking, and street scenes are built to true 1/64 scale, with interior clearances checked against Mini GT, Inno64, Tarmac Works, and Hot Wheels castings.
Responsive support
Order and shipping questions are answered within one business day via [email protected].

Why this page has no star rating yet
A rating only means something when it is built from real, verifiable purchases. NXSTUDIO is a small independent retailer and we would rather show nothing than publish a score we cannot stand behind. That is also why you will not find an aggregate rating in this page's structured data: publishing one without a genuine, collected review set would misrepresent the shop to both customers and search engines.
As verified feedback arrives it is published here, attributed to the product that was bought. Until then, the honest state of this page is what you see: the policies we actually operate under.
What we can and cannot fix
Transit damage in our control
If a piece arrives cracked, creased or broken because of how it was packed, that is on us. Send photos of the parcel and the piece within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right with an equivalent replacement.
Wrong or missing item
If the parcel contains a different model to the one ordered, or an item is missing, contact us with the order identifier. We ship the correct piece or refund it, your choice.
Manufacturer-level variance
Diecast and hand-finished dioramas carry small tolerances — a slightly different paint batch, a minor mould seam, or a millimetre of variance in a hand-assembled scene. Those are normal characteristics of the category, not transit faults, and every listing states the measurements so the piece can be checked against expectations before ordering.
How we ask for feedback
Feedback is requested by email after delivery, never bought and never incentivised with a discount in exchange for a positive score. If you would rather write to us directly than use the member console, email [email protected] — we read every message and answer within one business day.
