The examples below explain the calculation method only. The final shipping charge is calculated at checkout from the packed parcel dimensions and weight, selected service tier, and destination country.
Shipping in one line
NXSTUDIO ships worldwide with tracked standard delivery, arriving in 7–14 business days. Standard shipping is free on orders over US$100; below that it is a flat US$8.00 per shipment.
Standard tracked shipping is free on orders over US$100 to every destination we serve. Below US$100 a flat US$8.00 applies. Express (DHL / FedEx) is available at checkout for 3–5 business days.
How Shipping Is Calculated
NXSTUDIO does not charge weight-based freight on the standard service. Here is exactly how an order is handled:
Packed and Weighed for Safety
Every parcel is packed with protective foam and sealed inserts. Final packed weight is recorded so the shipment is routed on a carrier service that can carry it safely.
Standard Tracked Shipping Is Free Over US$100
Standard tracked delivery to any destination we serve is free once your order reaches US$100. Below that threshold a flat US$8.00 per shipment applies, at any parcel weight.
Optional Express Upgrade
Customers who need faster delivery may select Express (DHL / FedEx) at checkout for 3–5 business days; the Express price is calculated by parcel weight.
Destination Address Confirmation
The checkout quote is authoritative for the order. It uses the destination address and final packed parcel details to select an available carrier service.
Standard Shipping Rate Reference
Standard tracked delivery is free worldwide on orders over US$100. Below US$100 a flat US$8.00 applies, and Express is available as an upgrade:

* There is no weight-based surcharge on Standard tracked shipping. Heavier parcels are routed on a service that can carry them; the customer pays the flat rate only.

Customs Duties, Import VAT & Local Taxes
For the destinations listed below, NXSTUDIO collects the import duty at checkout so you are not billed again at the door. The amount is shown as a separate line before you pay. All other destinations ship duty-unpaid (DAP): any customs duty, VAT, GST or brokerage charged at the border is paid by the recipient.
Prepaid Duties at Checkout
For the destinations below, checkout includes the import duty in the order total and NXSTUDIO settles it with our carrier. Destinations not listed ship duty-unpaid and any charge raised at the border is the recipient's responsibility.

Rates follow official schedules and are reviewed when they change. All other destinations are shipped duty-unpaid.

How is my final shipping charge determined?
The checkout quote uses your destination address, final packed parcel dimensions and weight, and the available carrier service. The checkout total is authoritative for the order.
Are customs duties and import taxes included?
For the destinations listed under "Current Prepaid Rates" above — the United States, the European Union, Turkey and Indonesia — import duty is collected at checkout and settled by NXSTUDIO's carrier, so no further duty is due at delivery; the amount appears as its own line before you pay. For every other destination, delivery is duty-unpaid (DAP) and any customs duty, VAT, GST or brokerage raised at the border is the recipient's responsibility.
When will I receive tracking information?
A tracking number is assigned when the order is dispatched. Use the order tracking page or your member account to view carrier milestones.
