Cookie Policy
Last updated: September 19, 2026 · How NXSTUDIO uses cookies and local browser storage to power shopping cart, checkout, and telemetry.
We strictly limit cookie usage to essential store functions (keeping your cart intact across tabs, authenticating your Member Console session) and aggregated analytics. We never run invasive cross-site ad-retargeting trackers.
Categories of Cookies We Deploy
Commerce & Session
Maintains active shopping cart items, authenticates logged-in users, and secures anti-forgery checkout tokens (WooCommerce & Airwallex).
Performance Analytics
Anonymized edge performance metrics via Google Analytics 4 to evaluate store page rendering speed and regional network latency.
Interface State
Remembers localized display states (currency preference, console filter collapse states) across your browsing session.

Managing Your Cookie Preferences
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Please note that disabling essential cookies will prevent the cart and checkout from functioning properly.
Two practical notes that come up most often. First, clearing cookies usually keeps your cart, because the cart is tied to a server-side session record and not only to the browser — but clearing them mid-checkout can invalidate the anti-forgery token and require a fresh checkout attempt. Second, blocking third-party cookies does not affect this site: every cookie described above is set on nxstudio.com itself. In a private window the cart starts empty and analytics cookies are not written at all.
Retention periods and who processes the data
Essential commerce and session cookies are short-lived by design: cart and session cookies expire when the session ends or within a small number of days, and the checkout anti-forgery token expires within hours. Analytics cookies are the longest-lived, at up to two years, which is the default retention of the analytics platform used here.
Two third parties are involved, and only two. WooCommerce — the store engine running on this site — writes the cart, session and checkout cookies and stores the order record on our own server. Airwallex handles payment authorisation and sets its own anti-fraud cookies during checkout; card data never reaches this site. Analytics is Google Analytics 4, configured with IP anonymisation, and its data is aggregated rather than used to build a cross-site advertising profile.
We do not sell, rent or share cookie-derived data with advertisers, data brokers or list vendors, and there is no cross-site retargeting pixel on any page of this site. If a processor is ever added, it will be listed in this section before it is deployed.
Why we are allowed to set them
Essential cookies — cart, session and checkout security — are necessary to deliver the service you asked for, so they are set as part of performing that contract and cannot be switched off without breaking checkout. Analytics cookies run on the basis of a legitimate interest in knowing whether the store works, and they are aggregated and IP-anonymised. Because essential cookies are the only strictly required ones, the store remains fully usable with every non-essential cookie refused.
