By accessing nxstudio.com, registering an account, or placing an order, you agree to be unconditionally bound by these Terms, our Return & Refund Policy, and our Shipping & Duties Guide.
Electronic Acceptance & Eligibility
These Terms govern all commercial transactions facilitated by NXSTUDIO. You represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to enter into binding commercial contracts. Checkout submission constitutes a valid electronic signature under global e-commerce conventions.
Collector Models & Craftsmanship Variations
NXSTUDIO specializes in limited-run architectural dioramas, automotive scale dioramas, and micro-scale accessories. Because items involve meticulous hand-finishing and micro-injection fabrication:
Tolerances & Nuances
Minor pigment variations, weathering gradients, or scale nuances are inherent attributes of hand-finished scale models and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
Limited Production Runs
Product releases may be permanently capped. Once allocation sells out, backorders or replacement units cannot be guaranteed.
Orders, Currency & All Sales Final

Customs Liabilities & Prepaid Duty
For the United States, the European Union, Turkey and Indonesia, import duty is collected at checkout and settled by NXSTUDIO's carrier, and no further customs payment is due from the recipient at delivery. For all other destinations, delivery is provided under Incoterms DAP (Delivered at Place) and the recipient is responsible for any destination import tariffs, taxes, and courier brokerage fees. Abandonment of goods due to non-payment of customs fees results in total forfeiture of payment.
Governing Law & Arbitration
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or transactions on NXSTUDIO shall be resolved through binding commercial arbitration in Hong Kong.
